1. week: Taking stock of the current state of things, getting in touch with our true desires and the standards we want for our lives

2. week: Connecting with intuition, spiritual guidance, and our own gifts

3. week: Understanding fear, working with the inner opponent, cultivating inner gentleness, inner strength, and a sense of safety

4. week: Moving into action, taking steps that bring the idea into material reality
